The Enforcement Team's Role Through routine monitoring and inspection it is the Enforcement Team's task to ensure compliance with regulations, restrictions and conditions in areas such as licensing, dog fouling, abandoned vehicles, littering, fly tipping and fly posting. The Enforcement Team carries out regular patrols checking graffiti and minor planning issues and undertakes educational talk at local schools.
Concerned about a problem? If you are concerned about something happening in the village the Enforcement Team will be happy to give advice on the best way of dealing with the problem, but can investigate specific issues only on receipt of a written request to the Development Control Manager at Harborough District Council.
