Village Hall Room Hire Rates

Please note that because we are situated in a residential neighbourhood all events must be completed by 11.30 pm at the latest.

Hourly rates for private parties and functions, and for commercial users

The main kitchen can be hired at £10.00 per event.
The Licensed Bar can be hired at £35.00 per event.

A 10% discount applies to residents of Broughton Astley who book the hall for a pritvate party or function.

A damage deposit of £100.00 is required for all evening events and those involving teenagers.

Hourly rates for clubs, societies, local authorities, playgroups, etc. and registered charity fund raising events.

The Licensed Bar can be hired at £35.00 per event.

A 35% discount applies to all regular users provided hire charges are paid within the terms and conditions of the invoice.

A damage deposit of £100.00 is required for all evening events and those involving teenagers.

A letter on the charity's headed paper, confirming that all proceeds will go to the charity, is required to secure these rates.

Licensed Bar

£35.00 for all events.

Performing Rights Fees

For all bookings where live or recorded music is played and the event is open to the public and a charge will be made, we are obliged to collect one-off fees payable to the Performing Rights Society:

Aerobics, keep fit and dancing classes - £1.43 per session
Events involving live music/Discos & Karaoke - £14.81
All other events - £7.46
